all of the guys i know that shave their heads use clippers to get it is close as they can, and then use a razor with blades to do the rest. dont know for sure, but i would not recommend an electric. I dont think you could get close enough.
I have seen in stores this razor for shaving your head that is curved slightly, and it has a ring on it that you put your finger thru so it is easier to control, unlike a bic or gillette with a straight handle.
